  FITTING OF A PROBATED ROLLBAR  
    First element of safety for a vehicle intended for competition, safety rollbar is subjected to a specified definition described in annexe J of FFSA and FIA technical rules.

Welded rollbar or bolted rollbar ?
Among these 2 realisation methods, the bolted rollbar is clearly easier and quicker to fit. Nevertheless, it is less rigid than a welded rollbar which requires for its fitting entire stripping of the passenger cell.

For a tubular frame chassis (for a T1 prototype HRT Touareg, or for a buggy), safety cage which satisfy same requirements must be "recognizable" in chasss. If it doesn't, a strenght survey, realised by professionals, will have to be added to the probate demand sent to ASN, FFSA.

Every steps of FITTING REALISATION may be realised by our team, or partly contracted out to our partners under our control. Our aim is still to satisfy your more specific needs.

  This rollbar has been specially probated because it integrates in its structure seats supports. It was designed in order to receive the shock absorbers fixations, acting in fact as a monoblock structure, relieving therof the body work.
