Our fleet is mainly composed with 4x4 built in our workshops :
PAJERO 3.2L DI-D, HRT T1 TOUAREG and other MITSUBISHI 4x4 .
Before each contest, we proceed to a vehicle presentation with the
tenant, to a detailed inventory of different elements condition (bodywork,
mechanics, interior…) and to tires choice.
An initiation session on a private land may be planned as well as a
sponsors introduction. According to contest needs, some special
equipment would be provided (GPS, tripmaster, compasses, IRITRACK
pre equipment – SENTINEL - GPS UNIK, sanding out plates, spades,
supercharger…)
With our consent, your vehicle would be delivered upon departure place
of your contest (only Europe). You dont’ have to worry about
organization, only your personal effects. In the same manner, it
would be recovered at the end of the contest, generally when leaving
boat (or when leaving closed park for French and European contests).
Regarding vehicle type and contest, the assistance may be imposed. At
your convenience, this can attend refueling at the leg or during
race (endurance contest or bajas for example). |

Basis lease
includes:
- Vehicle use during contest, or defined period.
- Normal usury of mechanical elements and tyres (for a classic use in
competition).
Possible options:
- Insurance : those of our partner (GRAS SAVOYE) only insures
complete destruction of the vehicle following a total fire, an
accident and/or ………………..(excess according vehicle type) ; a surety
can also replace an insurance.
- Assistance : according the contest, this option may be
mandatory,
- Refuelling.
Lease doesn’t include :
- Involvement to the contest and linked expenses (travels,
transportation, meals, housing, insurances, licences, medical exams,
vaccinations, personal expenses,…),
- Fuel (except special conditions to define),
- Bodywork and mechanical elements spoiled following a pilot mistake
(important collision against a natural hurdle or not, a relief
element, another competitor…or a mistreating mechanics driving).
Rehabilitation costs will be at tenant expenses and they will be
deducted from deposit (parts …).
- Deteriorated or punctured tyres,
- broken or deteriorated rims,
- broken, marked or cracked windshields and lights.
Complementary

- Clothes choice (helmet, suit, gloves, ankle boot, tee-shirts,
jacket…),
- Decoration works,
- Painting,
- Adhesive signs designing and stickage,
- Pilot, navigation, mechanics courses,

Rules, deposit and responsabilities : |

|

The whole services payment must be honoured entirely at least 1
month before departure contest. 1 month before departure
contest .
- Booking is effective since a30% advance fee is paid.
- A deposit (varying according vehicle and contest types) is requested
while handing over the vehicle; this deposit will be given back,
deducted of rehabilitation costs and potential excesses, at least 1
month after the end of the contest.

While any racing car lease is performed for a competition, the
tenant acknowledges risks incurred and accepts to bear
responsibilities. Conversely, the renter (Hardy Racing Team) cannot
be responsible by no means of material and/or human events resulting
of the rented vehicle use. |
