  JACKS and JACK SUPPORTS  
 

 

During a maintenance or assistance operation on the track, the simultaneous use of 2 jacks with large suspension travel allows an easy access under the vehicle, for a gearbox change for example.

In order to limit hollowing, our jacks' pins are lenghtened with a  ball and a steel or aluminiumlarge plate.

  When sanding in or more simply to change wheels, it i important to have an efficient jacking-up means.

The more simple is to have an exterior jack type NIKE which prevents from sliding under the 4X4 to put a little jack under the axle or the lower wishbone. Nevertheless exteriors supports must  be planned, solidly fixed to chassis and in vry resistant steel (see first photo).

Ideal solution is hydraulic jacks installation which ensure vehicle jacking-up in any situations.

Set up sidelong, a jack is able to lift a vehicle on its side (front and rear wheel).
This is an important time and weariness because in 2 successive operations, vehicle is pulled up, laid on its sand-out plates, ready to start again.

If implementation is eased on a tubular châssis, it may also be realised on a traditional 4X4 according rules. Contact us...

  Our jacks are located vertically on vehcle both side and solidly fixed to chassis.

Their suspension travel 700 mm ensure an integral jacking-up of the vehicle side.

They are "hydraulic" type activated by 2 distributors whose cable commands may be internal or external . Hydraulic pressure is generated by an electrical independent pump.  Check valves provide jacks locking while running. Securities arepalnned to avoid bad handlings.
